Sermon Recap and Timeless Truth
The timeless truth from this week’s sermon was Christ's Blood Has The Power To Redeem And Transform Any Life That Surrenders To Him
Key Verse
“Who are you, Lord?” Saul asked. “I am Jesus, whom you are persecuting,” he replied. “Now get up and go into the city, and you will be told what you must do.”
Acts 9:5-6 (NIV)
Canvas Kids Recap
Catch up on all the fun and learning from our Children's Ministry
Elementary: Super Moses Bros
Need to Know: The Amazing Adventure of Aaron and His Little Brother
Bible Story: The Exodus
Bible Verses: Exodus 12:31-42
Lesson: In today’s lesson, the class used the fun idea of “warp pipes” from video games to help children understand a big moment in the Bible. Just like warp pipes transport characters to a whole new world, we talked about how God led His people into a brand new chapter of their lives in the book of Exodus after they crossed the Red Sea.
The kids learned how God rescued the Israelites from Egypt by sending powerful plagues and showing His strength over Pharaoh. We focused on the incredible moment when God parted the Red Sea, allowing His people to walk through on dry ground with walls of water on both sides. This wasn’t just an escape—it was the beginning of a new journey and a new life for them. Just like God brought the Israelites into a new life, He can do the same for us. The kids had a blast testing their navigation skills through our own Red Sea–style obstacle course, dodging sprays of water.
Memory Verse: Exodus 7:6
"Moses and Aaron did exactly as the Lord had commanded them."

Preschool & Toddlers: On The Go
Need to Know: God is My Father
Bible Story: The Prodigal Son
Bible Verses: Luke 15:11-32
Lesson: God has different names that remind us of who He is, and one of the names for God is Father. In class the kids learned that God is our father as they traveled to London! The kids each received special royal rings as a gift. Just like God is always giving good gifts to his children as a Good Father. We saw in our Bible story about the Prodigal Son when he returned home. The son felt bad for all the wrong things he had done, but the father was just excited that his son had come home. God is like the father in this story, and we are God’s children. No matter what we do, God loves us, and He always wants to give us good things! That’s because He is a good Father.
Memory Verse: Psalm 9:10
"Those who know Your name trust in You"
